What is our backstory

My name is Joseph, and I set up JMI Property Solutions in 2020. Prior to this, I spent over eight years working as an electrician for a large company. During that time, I found I much preferred working directly with private clients, where I had greater control over projects and could deliver a more personal level of service.

That determination gradually led me to set up on my own and establish JMI Property Solutions. Over the years, I expanded the scope of my work, moving into bathroom fitting and subsequently into property maintenance and refurbishments.

With nearly a decade of experience in the trade and having worked alongside a wide range of skilled tradespeople, I have developed into a multi-skilled tradesman. This allows me to offer the varied services I provide today, while maintaining high standards throughout every project.

All work is carried out by myself, with the support of trusted specialist colleagues where required. This ensures a more personal experience for my customers, with the reassurance of dealing with one point of contact throughout — myself.
